My Story

With over 25 years of international experience across Europe, the US, and the MENA region, Oriane Schoonbroodt advises family offices, wealth managers, and asset managers in navigating systemic risk, cross-border governance, and sustainable investing. Her work helps decision-makers preserve capital, steward family wealth, and build resilience in a world defined by complexity and transition.
 
A former diplomat at the United Nations and the European Parliament, Oriane later held senior leadership roles in the Big Four, including as Partner.
 
In 2014, she co-founded Label R, where she led the development of an independent due diligence and governance platform - later acquired by an international law firm. Today, she continues to advise on strategic capital allocation, family governance, and long-term continuity across generations.
 
Recognised among Europe’s Top 30 ESG & Green Tech Leaders (Favikon, 2025), Oriane’s expertise lies at the intersection of sustainable finance, geopolitics, and stewardship. She is also a lecturer at HEC Liège and a Forbes contributor on sustainable investing and systemic risk.
