My Story

For over 20 years, Lance has helped organizations and investors turn insight into action, aligning people, systems, and strategy to build lasting resilience.

As former Director of Operations at the Behavioural Insights Team (BIT), the global leader in applied behavioral science, and as COO of social impact organizations and non-profits, Lance has led large-scale governance and transformation initiatives across Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East.

With over 15 years of board leadership and service as Corporate Officer and Treasurer for corporations and non-profits, Lance brings together governance, strategic, and operational depth.

As Partner at Label R, he leads the Behavioral Transformation Practice, guiding clients through adaptive, people-first change for the AI era. He co-developed Behavior-First by Design, a framework that bridges neuroscience, behavioral economics, and human-centered design — helping leaders build resilient cultures where innovation and adaptability thrive.
 
Based in Luxembourg, he offers a global perspective on transformation, and a conviction that resilience is not built in resistance to change, but through it.
