My Story
With over 25 years of experience in corporate finance, governance, and philanthropy, she guides organizations and investment funds to align strategic ambition with sound stewardship and sustainable growth.

As the founder of BOARDS and an experienced independent director, Anne serves on the boards of a wide range of entities in Luxembourg including private equity funds, family businesses, and financial institutions such as ING Bank, Foyer Global Health, and TransRe Europe. Her boardroom expertise combines financial rigour with empathy and diplomacy, making her a trusted advisor to investors, executives, and founders alike.

Before establishing BOARDS, Anne held senior executive roles as CFO, COO, and Partner across Europe. She played a pivotal role in building HLD Europe from its inception in Luxembourg, helping the investment group achieve a cumulative turnover of nearly €2.5 billion. Earlier, she served as CEO of Oger Investissements SA, CFO of PwC Luxembourg, and CFO of Vanksen, following a distinguished early career as CFO of the Fondation de France and Philanthropy Advisor at the Fondation de Luxembourg SA.

Anne is a Certified Public Accountant and Statutory Auditor, a graduate of Sciences Po Strasbourg in Economics and Finance, and holds a Corporate Director Certificate (Sciences Po) and Risk Management Certificate (ICHEC Brussels). She has completed two executive programs at MIT, one in Management & Leadership (AI, IoT, Blockchain, Cybersecurity) and another in Neuroscience for Business.
