My Story

For over two decades, she has helped boards, asset managers, and regulators bridge sustainability and sound corporate governance, shaping Luxembourg’s leadership in sustainable finance and resilient investment governance.

A recognised non-executive director and acknowledged expert in Luxembourg’s asset management sector, Jane brings extensive board experience as independent director and chairwoman across both Alternative and UCITS funds, management companies, and related entities. She is known for her balanced approach combining independence, diplomacy, and financial acuity with a deep understanding of sustainability and ESG disclosure.

Previously a KPMG Audit Partner, Jane developed a strong technical foundation in financial governance and risk management before becoming a founding member of the Luxembourg Government’s Climate Finance Task Force and leading sustainable finance strategy at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange. Her expertise was further recognised when she was appointed by the European Commission as one of 35 technical experts advising on the implementation of the EU’s Sustainable Finance Action Plan.

Today, as an experienced independent, non-executive director, Jane applies this unique blend of financial, governance, and sustainability expertise to help boards and asset managers strengthen their long-term strategies through foresight and resilience. She is also a lecturer in sustainable finance at the University of Luxembourg, mentoring the next generation of leaders in aligning purpose with performance.
