Co-Founder & Executive Director
Oriane is a former diplomat and senior policy advisor at the European Parliament and the United Nations, where she was in charge of the Human Rights Committee.
She’s also the former co-founder and director of the 8 Foundation that developed communication campaigns in favor of the 8 Millennium Development Goals - MDG’s (the former SDG’s) launched by the United Nations.
Active entrepreneur in communication campaigns, PA/PR strategies and reputation management, she also is convinced that finance can contribute to a better society. It’s why she created Label R in a world where transparency, ethical investing and technology are critical to make the investment process evolving and change the industry.

Emily Nebraska is a third year undergraduate student at Miami University in the United States studying Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Digital Innovation. Emily works as an intern for Label R, assisting with branding, website design, social media strategy, content creation, copywriting, and more. Emily is thrilled to be living in Luxembourg for the semester and working for Label R through Miami University's Digital Innovation Program. Upon graduating from Miami next spring 2022, Emily hopes to have a full time career doing marketing.
Sustainability Consultant
Katherine Lafen is a sustainability consultant experienced in the application of international environmental and social safeguards to development projects, investment portfolios and financial institutions across a wide range of sectors and regions.
Former Senior Social Specialist with the US International Development Finance Corporation, Katy specializes in helping international investment clients design methods and programs to identify, avoid, reduce and mitigate negative environmental and social impacts and to improve social performance, through the implementation of internationally accepted standards such as IFC Performance Standards, Equator Principles and the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights.
