Label R is delighted to welcome Jane Wilkinson, Managing Partner of Ripple Effect and former Head of Sustainable Finance at the Luxembourg Stock Exchange onto its Advisory Board. Jane will provide strategic advice thanks to her extensive experience working in sustainable finance, private equity and auditing. She will also help Label R strengthen its presence with Luxembourg’s Financial Institutions and forge new partnerships.
Ripple Effect is a small, independent advisory firm based in Luxembourg providing non-executive directors, corporate governance and sustainability advisory services to clients throughout Europe and further afield.
Ripple Effect’s mission is to help companies harness the positive value that can be created by small and large actions focused on effective governance and sustainability (ie harness those ripples or sometimes even tidal waves!)

The company is established in Luxembourg since 2018 with headquarters in New York.
Label R has been recognized by large international organization as the only company able to certify ESG methodology for private equity funds and is supported by key players from its industry such as the BlackRock, the IFC, the Richemont Group and SGS, to name a few.
